If after the delivery call you feel your Roadmap was not worth your investment, tell us what would have made it worth it. We will either do that additional work at no charge or refund your payment in full. Your choice.
The detailed version
A Throttle Roadmap is a $1,000 engagement that includes a structured intake interview, a written Roadmap delivered within 48 hours of the interview, and a 30-minute delivery call. We stand behind the quality of every Roadmap we deliver.
When you can request a refund
You may request a refund if:
- You feel the delivered Roadmap did not provide value commensurate with the $1,000 investment
- The recommendations were not specific to your business or actionable
- The delivery call did not clarify and commit to the recommendations in a way that felt useful
How the refund process works
Within seven days of your delivery call, email us (use the form on the contact page) to let us know what would have made the Roadmap worth it to you.
We will then offer you a choice:
- Additional work: We'll do whatever follow-up analysis, revision, or additional deliverable would make the engagement worth what you paid — at no additional charge.
- Full refund: We'll refund the $1,000 to your original payment method within five business days.
When a refund does not apply
A refund does not apply to:
- Engagements beyond the initial Roadmap — implementation work, Voice AI builds, or ongoing advisory retainers are governed by their own statements of work
- Work already delivered and accepted under a separate engagement
- Claims made more than seven days after the delivery call
Why we offer this
We sell judgment. If our judgment turned out to be wrong, or we didn't communicate it well, or the recommendations didn't land — the engagement failed to deliver what you paid for. A refund policy that actually refunds is how we signal that we know that, and that we stake our reputation on every Roadmap we write.
Most of what we recommend in a Roadmap routes you to solutions and partners that don't pay us anything. That structure only works if the Roadmap itself is worth the $1,000. If it isn't, we want to know — and we'll make it right.
