The short version
We collect only the information you give us. We use it to deliver the work you hired us for. We don't sell it, trade it, or share it with anyone who doesn't need it to help us do the job.
What we collect
We collect information in three ways:
- Contact forms: When you submit an inquiry through this website, we receive the name, business, contact method, and message you provide.
- Payment information: When you purchase a Roadmap, Stripe processes your payment and provides us with your name, email, and transaction details. We do not see or store your credit card number.
- Intake interviews: During the structured intake interview, you share information about your business — how it operates, what you sell, where your pain points are, what tools you use. This is the core data we analyze to produce your Roadmap.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Produce the Roadmap you hired us for
- Deliver the Roadmap and schedule the delivery call
- Follow up on the engagement — including any refund, implementation, or upsell conversation
- Improve our process — anonymized patterns from completed Roadmaps may inform how we structure future ones, and may appear in anonymized case studies with your explicit permission
What we don't do
- We don't sell your information to anyone
- We don't share your information with third parties except as required to deliver the Roadmap (for example, a Local Partner we recommend for implementation — and only if you tell us you want the introduction)
- We don't use your information to market unrelated products or services
- We don't publish your business name or specifics without your written permission
Third-party services we use
We rely on a small number of well-known services to operate this business. Each has its own privacy policy and its own data practices. The ones you'll interact with directly:
- Netlify — hosts this website and processes form submissions
- Stripe — processes payments
- Calendly — schedules intake and delivery calls
- Retell — powers the voice agent that conducts the intake interview
We use these services because they are standard, secure, and good at what they do. We do not share your information with them beyond what's required to provide the service.
How long we keep your information
We retain information related to your engagement — the intake transcript, the Roadmap we produced, any follow-up correspondence — for as long as it's useful for the engagement and any follow-on work. Typically this means we keep the records for as long as you're a client, plus a reasonable retention period afterward for our business records.
You can request deletion of your information at any time. Send the request through the contact page. We'll confirm and process the deletion within thirty days, excluding any records we're legally required to retain (for example, tax records tied to your payment).
Security
We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. We use encrypted connections for this website and all our third-party services. We limit internal access to your information to what's required to deliver your engagement.
No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a data incident that affects your information, we'll tell you — we won't hide it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers. We do not run analytics that build profiles of individual visitors. The only cookies set on this site are the ones Netlify sets to operate the form submission process — they are functional, not tracking.
Your rights
You can at any time:
- Ask what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw from any future communication
